The modern farmhouse style of Party Barn allows it to blend in to its surrounding Amherst neighborhood. This generous 1,200 SF accessory structure provides the client with a backyard retreat where they can relax after a long day’s work and provides ample space for entertaining. The space itself includes a lounge area with a large projector, a large wrap around bar with patio access, ample space for a pool table, and a lounge with seating situated around a wood burning stove. The scissor truss structure also creates ample headroom to provide the client with lofted space for a bunk room and poker loft.
