Elli, a six story mixed used/multifamily apartment building provides a variety of living options to residents while also acting as a destination for the surrounding community. Future restaurant/cafe space provides nearby Erie Canal Trail goers and boaters with refreshment options and a place to relax and view the boats that pass by on Ellicott Creek. Nautical inspired warm wood tones cover the facade and stone accents gesture to the historical Erie Canal adjacent to the project site.
